Elizabeth Plant, Coordinator of the AOPA Foundation’s High School Aviation Initiative, is responsible for assisting with the incoming new and renewal curriculum applications, teacher information forms, and communicating with stakeholders and teachers concerning applications, questions, and other opportunities. Elizabeth brings 10-plus years of program coordination in associations and two years of education experience to the High School team. As a Frederick local, she has spent many years watching with fascination the airplanes coming in and out of Frederick Municipal Airport and is excited to help grow the next generation of aviators.
