Finding it difficult to locate a good aircraft to buy or lease?

A new company, Gracen Jules, is launching soon focusing on “aircraft transactions”.  Basically, trying to put sellers and buyers together.

The company has an interesting option for non-equity clubs, that lease their aircraft.  As we have written about before, non-equity clubs can get started a lot quicker than equity clubs as the buy-in is significantly less than for an equity club, but the trick is to find an owner who is interested in lease to a flying club.
